Prohibited Actions

You are strictly prohibited from:

Consequences & Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of access to the Platform without refund. In addition, Garden Mentoring will pursue civil legal remedies including injunctions, monetary damages, and recovery of legal costs. Serious infringements may also be reported to the Dubai Police Force under the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2012, as amended) and to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.

Piracy is not only a breach of contract but may also constitute a criminal offense, punishable by fines and imprisonment under applicable law. Garden Mentoring will take swift and decisive action to enforce its rights worldwide.
