“Win a Day in Dubai” VIP Giveaway

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organized and promoted by ASPORT Solutions (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be female (event is women-only)

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have purchased VIP access to the live event

  • Be present live at the event at the time of the draw

If any of these conditions are not met, the participant is not eligible.

3. Entry Method

  • Entry is automatic upon VIP purchase and live attendance.

  • No additional action is required.

  • One entry per person only.

4. Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected at random during the live event.

  • Only participants present live at the time of selection are eligible.

  • If a selected participant is not live, a new winner will be drawn.

5. The Prize

Each winner receives:

  • 1 night hotel accommodation in Dubai, including breakfast at the hotel, selected solely by the Promoter

  • In-person breakfast and mentorship session with Sina

  • Participation in a small group experience with up to 4 winners total

6. What Is NOT Included

The prize does not include:

  • Flights to or from Dubai

  • Visas or travel documentation

  • Airport transfers or transportation

  • Additional meals beyond the included hotel breakfast

  • Additional hotel nights

  • Personal or incidental expenses

All additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Conditions

  • Dates are determined by the Promoter.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • Winners must be legally permitted to travel to Dubai and comply with UAE laws.

  • Passport validity, visas, and travel eligibility are the winner’s responsibility.

8. Inability to Attend

If a winner:

  • Cannot attend on the scheduled date

  • Cannot legally or practically travel to Dubai

  • Fails to respond within the required timeframe

The prize may be forfeited and reassigned at the Promoter’s discretion.

9. Publicity Consent

By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and experience for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Travel disruptions or delays

  • Visa issues

  • Illness, injury, loss, or damage

  • Force majeure events

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

11. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required.

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform.

  • Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
